I simply googled eye doctors near me, My Eye Lab popped up, they had a promotion going on for buy one pair of glasses and get the second free. I went onto their website and signed up for an appointment, they had an opening within 20 minutes, so I took it. I arrived and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes before starting my appointment. Recently I visited Eyelab looking for a nice fashionable frame if possible clear plastic and was surprised that they had an ample selection. Among them I found a light blue transparent frame from Ray Ban. Maria was very patient and showed genuine interest in my quest and she eased me into the decision to make my new glasses. They did a wonderful job and were fast in delivering in around 10 days. Excellent service 👍and better yet, getting lots of compliments.

The absolute worst anxiety ridden experience of my 65 years of wearing eye glasses. Not to mention the price of an eye exam and 3 sets of lenses(my own frames) was outlandish...over $700! I am a 71 years old disabled man .My checking account manager asked me about it and said she was horrified and I was taken advantage of. Live and learn. Took me over 3 months to get all 3 pairs back. No apologies, no refund(add said buy 1 get 1 frames and or lenses), please stay away from these demons!

Marisa Seidel showed us excellent customer service at store #40. Definitely recommended seeing her and their staff...if you’re into saving a few bucks on beautiful new frames.
