This has been the WORST experience. I took my son for an exam on Dec.5 and he has NOT received his contacts. I have called them several times and every time his delivery date has been pushed back via the automated service. I can never get through to speak with someone directly at the office. I have emailed also in attempt to have a real person, reach back out to me BUT NOTHING. I received an automated response that someone would contact me within 24-48 hours it's been 10 days. This was my first experience with eyeglasses and had no idea what to expect but thanks to Mr.Trader it was an absolute seamless one. I was stunned at first that the cost was going to be so high since my lens prescription did not fall into the advertised price range but Mr Trader was able to get the price down so that i could the glasses that i needed so badly and at hundreds of dollars cheaper than any other company could. Worse experience of my life!!! Took 4 weeks to get glasses. Had theses glasses about three months, frame broke in half. Didn't have the same frame so pick another one. Got those glasses back, bifocals was almost as big as the lenses. Waking another two weeks. This as gone on for months.Bad bad customer service. Do not go to My eye lab if you want to keep your sanity. .
