I love coming here to get my nails done!! The service is amazing, I stayed almost an hour past closing today and no one was rushed, they did my nails carefully and told me not to worry about the time. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had, and what made it worse was that the person handling the situation identified herself as the supervisor, Kim. From the moment the massage started, the room was extremely cold and I was visibly shivering during the session. On top of that, there was no proper draping provided when I got on the table.
