Atmosphere was relaxing however I went in asking for a medi/pedi, a full set and got a whole different service. I felt like I was overcharged. When I got the mani , I inquire about getting a full set however, when the nail tech did my nails instead of a regular full set with nails she gave me powder nails just on top of my regular nails in which I was charged $51 ...if im not mistaken typically most nail shops start at $25...and on top of that I asked for French tips which was an additional $15...mind you it was not fake nai... read more

I love coming here to get my nails done!! The service is amazing, I stayed almost an hour past closing today and no one was rushed, they did my nails carefully and told me not to worry about the time. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had, and what made it worse was that the person handling the situation identified herself as the supervisor, Kim. From the moment the massage started, the room was extremely cold and I was visibly shivering during the session. On top of that, there was no proper draping provided when I got on the table.
