Finally a weigh loss program that works! This was a very comprehensive program. It included endocrinologist, dietitians, exercise experts, test for cortisol levels and fatty liver. In 3 months I lost 22 pounds and I am confident I will keep it off because I have changed my habits. I will continue with the maintenance program to lose even more.
