Poor customer service not really there for the patient . My last appt. with them was Aug. 2024 which they canceled because I didn't confirm over a text. Fast forward to April my refills have run out and I have been trying contact them for a week to make an appt and get new labs run and get my meds filled before the appt. It has been hell trying to get through, finally get through and make an appt. this Monday to get meds filled and new labs. It's Thursday and nothing from the pharmacy. This place is a waste of time. They give you an appointment at 9 00 am and then call you at 10: 15 am. The front desk staff are people with little empathy, very rude and with 0 customer service. I recommend you go somewhere else, they are not interested in you. Later the owner doctor called me to tell me that he wasn't saying that he wanted to see my face, which I'm mistaking as a threat.
A one star is to much.The worst follow-up you can ever experience. They never answer the phone, always have prescription issues and all they can say is what have already send it to the pharmacy. .

I tried to book an appointment with Dr. Fiore. Firstly, this company never answers their phone. They send you to a voicemail Where it states you need to book your appointment online. I went online Filled out a form along with my insurance information and they were supposed to get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. Three days later, no one’s reached out so I ended up calling and leaving a voicemail only to get a text response stating that based on my health insurance, this doctor is not taking on new patients with that coverag... read more
