Not helpful at all
1 hour and 20 mins in the waiting and exam rooms and my husband STILL hasn’t seen the doctor. This office needs a major lesson in scheduling. You guys are booking so many people because you want the insurance money but you can’t actually handle seeing that many patients. “Quality not quantity” is a known saying for a reason. You guys need to take note. He had no choice but to walk out, we are disputing the copay charge & finding another doctor. Dr. Martinez is an amazing doctor! Treat the patients with patience, care, he is knowledgeable, show interest in your situation and propose options for you! It is really weird these days to see a doctor and also staff so caring and dedicating you time!
I’ve never encountered a doctor’s office that refuses to answer the phone as much as they do. They’ve gotten to the point where you have to text and play the waiting game if you’ll ever hear back from them. Absolutely ridiculous. Find another endo
