I had a very disappointing experience with this practice. I arrived on time for my bloodwork, but the office staff was late, which caused me to miss the opportunity to complete my requested labs, they were 25 minutes late. When I expressed that the situation felt unprofessional and that my time had been wasted, one of the staff members responded with rude behavior and another staff even used profanity toward me. I received a text message about “exciting news” regarding Dr. Martinez, only to be sent an email announcing a mandatory $2,200 annual “Concierge Service” fee in order to continue seeing him. The email tries to frame this change as patient-focused, yet the listed “benefits” describe only basic standards of care. On top of that, all appointments with Dr. Martinez after January 9th were cancelled, including mine, which had been scheduled since September. Communication is awful! Promptness is awful!! Unfortunately, I'm a new patient here, I've only seen the doctor (Dr. Fiore) once, today is my second visit and I'm already in search of new doctor! I can't even say I don't like the doctor, again, I've only seen him once. It's the office, they're awful!!! Forget about trying to get anyone on the phone, they only text!
