I took my MacBook Pro in to My Emergency Guy to have the battery replaced. Typical battery life per Apple is about 1000 cycles. My laptop has a cycle count of 149 since the replacement (barely used) - and it's telling me the battery is bad. I called the shop and they say it's not their problem. I won't be going back.
I come in with my Galaxy 10e which was stuck in bootloop. These so called "experts" proceeded to destroy my board by giving it to an inexperienced guy on this repair when they could've just told me they don't specialize in that. Charged me $50 to look at it to destroy it. Amazing service!!!! The dude who worked on it came down to show his defeated face while I was trying to figure out why my phone won't start up with the front desk guy.
