I had a frustrating experience with Dallas Gold Source. I ordered a 9-inch, 13MM men’s gold bracelet (42 grams) for $5,000. Although I received a tracking number, the package never moved from “Irving, TX” for five days. After four calls, two voicemails, and an email, I finally learned the bracelet was out of stock. They offered a smaller, lighter bracelet for less gold with a partial refund or a heavier one for extra cost, which was unacceptable.
