I have been training with Josh/ My Elite Cross-Training since 2020. And I have to say it’s the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s not just a gym it’s family. From the first day of walking in, I never felt like an outsider. From clinging a 45 bar to now clinging a 110 was a goal I thought I would never reach.
