Stars cause I don’t want to bring the rating down, but for anyone else wanting to go to a physical location, the address listed is for Australia post. There isn’t a physical store here/there. So don’t make the drive like I did
Super disappointed with the customer service. First time hiring from here and I received a damaged dress covered in holes, there was a makeup stain and also was so worn that the white dress had turned from white to cream. Even after sending photos to the owner, all I was offered was 50% off my next hire (obviously I never want to go back). I payed over $200 to hire this dress and I wasn’t even offered a discount on this hire. Absolutely disgusting & so unprofessional!!!

Very disappointing customer service. My mum hired a dress for a function which is over 3 weeks away. She is now in hospital and politely explained her situation and asked for a refund as she won't be able to attend the event anymore. Sandra had no compassion and refused to give her a refund and told her she can only pass this on to a family/friend. This is very upsetting, especially because we have large upcoming medical bills and Sandra did not care at all.
