I had an outstanding experience at My Dr Now today, and I genuinely felt cared for from the moment I walked in. The front desk team set the tone immediately — especially Stevie, whose friendliness and warm energy made check‑in effortless. She greeted me with a smile, answered every question without hesitation, and created the kind of welcoming environment every medical office should strive for. Jacky was FLAWLESS when taking my blood sample - never even felt the prick of the needle! The receptionist was very pleasant and Sophia and Autumn were very nice. The office visit respected my time by having a 5 minute wait time and once taken back to exam room I was out in about 20 minutes.
From the reception to the appt time, to the Assistant and Provider!!! Very “ Down To Earth “ easy to talk to. Never felt rushed. All was explained in plain English!!’ As long as Stephen is there, we will go back. PERFECT EXPERIENCE!!!

I’m so glad I finally tried this place. I don’t think I’ve had a medical provider sit and talk to me as long as Itzel Martinez did during my visit. Both the provider and the medical assistant, Jacky, were wonderful. I did not feel rushed, they were thorough and actually interested in my answers.
