Super good at communicating and covering all bases
Sabrina is always so welcoming/ professional and that's what you want when you walk into a dr office. Viviana is always social, fast but patient and always make sure I'm comfortable. First time having vanya and will say she's very friendly very knowledgeable and cares. She reviewed my chart and gave me the best options to better my health. Dr now is the place to be when you want to get in and out with professional care without being rushed
Nurse was very kind but informed me of wrong information. I drove over 30 minutes just to not be seen. I came 10/06/26 and nurse charged me copay but never sent prescription to pharmacy. She then told me to come back 10/07/26 for my blood work and test and it would be free due to her having to order labs. I came the very next day and they tried to charge me a copay again also i was told she never had any record of any medication i was supposed to be receiving
I had never heard of MyDrNow prior to my boyfriend referring me but I will definitely be returning. I paid $100 for a walk in with no insurance, which is reasonable. Sabrina at the front desk was informative and kind, and the MA Viviana was sweet, funny, and relatable. The provider who saw me, James, was kind, funny, straight to the point, and genuinely cares about not overcharging patients. My experience was quick and easy.
