I went in for UTI then they talked me into doing physical. The lab result never return and they told me they dont know why. When you called them, they ask u to book an appointment for discussing results. Then they charge you another appt fee for essentially one appt should have taking care of. They told me that they want my past result to send to them. But before my other Dr office can send them the results they have scheduled appt or referral.
