There is zero communication you can’t get a hold of anybody at a front desk or an office. They will not give you a phone number or transfer you. I’ve been waiting for two weeks just to find out they didn’t even submit my prescription into the pharmacy and it’s very frustrating with this company. I will be seeking a new doctor.
Made appointment on line. Was very easy! No waiting. Yamilet at the front desk was quick and knowledgeable. Erica took my vitals and took flu and strep tests. Very friendly and humorous! I like that. Samantha Martin was my FNP, i will call her doctor! She helped me out and was very aware that i was paying out of pocket. I am highly satisfied and will return as needed. Hopefully not too often!

Good experience at a doctor's office. You can tell everyone loves what they do and they take your concerns seriously and actually listen.
