Billing is a nightmare! I was being double charged on multiple occasions.When i called they couldnt locate my account. Then after being on hold trying to find my account, they told me I was not being double charged. Funny because i see multiple charges in my bank account. After calling multiple times, they finally refunded me my money. I had a 1 year contract of which I was told they would email me a copy. Never got it. Then my 1 year was up and I am still being charged... because I have to send an email to billing to cancel... read more
I love this clinic. They are open until 8 so I went right after work and they did my physical. Nice...got a new doc.
I went in to My DR Now with chest pain concerns and I got helped right away. The doctors and staff there are generous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company and this location

I went to the Gilbert location closest to my home for a heart concern and it was after normal business hours. Going to the ER would have cost a small fortune. I saw a doctor that evening and was happy I wasn't in any danger. The location's customer service was great. I recommend especially if your work schedule wont allow a daytime appointment. It was nice to find a place with evening hours. Thanks!
