Very friendly and caring staff. THE DR TERRY KANE really professional and treated me like a person not another patient. She was very caring and kind, she explained everything very well. The medical assistant and the receptionist are very friendly as well. Overall amazing team.
I was a little skeptical at first being I’ve only always allowed one provider to ever see myself or my children for 12 years. But I was beyond impressed and my worries were settled. From that first phone call to set up the appointments, to stepping foot into MY DOC NOW with twin three year olds , a one year old and a ten year old the set up in the office the patience of the front end staff has/had and the ability of the medical assistant to get my children calm and comfortable to get their vitals I was absolutely pleased.
