The receptionist and staff was very helpful and Dr. Thomas Fitch was excellent. Recommend to everybody.
Scheduling and a fast appointment was appreciated, everything else consists of the type of experience that leads people to the ER for care. I will also be filing a complaint with insurance, and have asked for a complaint to go to the office manager. My adult son was seen with ear issues. A referral for ENT was to be placed but it could be seen on the patient chart that the referral was never ordered..
