I just moved into town and went in for a walk in visit. I didn't realize and they also failed to tell me that for walk in visit they will only prescribe one months worth of meds. They woul not refill unless you make another appt. Two appt in 30 days just for a refill. That's pretty pricey. Even after telling them I would be without medicine for a few days the staff just shrugged it off like no big deal. Withdrawl should be fun, hopefully no seizures. Thanks for the empathy my doc now! This place is amazing!! It is cheaper (self pay) than Walgreen or CVS when it came to sports physicals and they got me an appointment fast! The staff are extremely friendly I'm defiantly going here from now on!
I love this place! They make it really easy to see a doctor. They are open every day so I dont have to take time off work to see my doctor. One of the best offices I have been to. The staff is great, the doctors are really knowledgeable, and they are always open.
My daughter is a club soccer player, so injuries happen from time to time. The last time she sprained her ankle, we took her to MY DR NOW at the recommendation of a friend. After going there, I will never take my kids anywhere else. We didn’t wait long to be seen and Dr. Zamani was so nice and professional. Even my daughter commented on how friendly everyone was. I had a great experience here! After me and my husband moved to Queen Creek, we were looking for a new family doctor. I took my little boy in to see their pediatrician, Dr. Jacobo, and she was very patient and sweet with him. She made us both feel comfortable, as did the entire staff. MY DR NOW is an awesome office. After taking my family here, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The front office staff is polite and efficient, and they certainly have a higher number of patients than most places I have been to. Even still, the teamwork is phenomenal, and I have never had an outrageous wait time there. The doctor is extremely personable and really takes the time to listen and educate you. This place really surprised me. When I first walked in, there were quite a few people there and I figured I would be waiting for a while. I was wrong. Ten minutes later I was talking to the doctor’s assistant about why I was there and they were actually very patient and friendly considering how busy the place seemed. MY DR NOW family practice, pediatric and urgent care clinic is the nicest one I have seen in the valley. My family and I just moved down to Queen Creek and I was looking for a Dr.s office that my kids and I could go to. This clinic was perfect and an added bonus is that they are an urgent care clinic too in case of emergencies. It is very nice, clean, staff is very friendly, and you can make appointments too! If you or anyone is looking for a Dr.’s office you don’t have to look anymore just go there, it’s great!
Dr. Zamani blew me away with how much he actually cared for my well-being. I have been too many Drs in the Valley and have not liked any of them (I am very picky)! I expect my Dr. to know who I am, know my records and help whatever problem I am experiencing as well as be friendly and make me feel at ease. Dr. Zamani did this and more!
