dr peter low is good. the non asian front desk staff are rude, but the other asian girl is sweet. dr peter low really good at his job and also build the rapport - great stuff.
I can see where all the bad ratings for this place come from. What’s the point of booking an appointment if you still have to wait an hour past your scheduled time? The lack of respect for patients' time is unacceptable. Dr. Ahmed Khallouf likes scolding and yelling at patients.
I highly recommend Dr. Nahed Bassily as a family doctor. She is professional, attentive, and thorough. Most visits involve minimal waiting time, which is greatly appreciated. We’ve chosen Dr. Bassily as our regular family doctor, and I’ve referred several friends who now also prefer to see her. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful as well.
Had my blood taken at the Laverty lab in the clinic by Nazma today. Honestly, I am very impressed with her skills as not a lot of people are able to do a 1 take extract with my veins. She was also very considerate in communicating softly with me as my daughter sleeping on my other arm. Lovely experience and would highly recommend Nazma!
I am giving 4 stars. I usually come only to this clinic. I wish there was an option to rate the doctors, so its not fair to rate the whole clinic based on one individual GP's. I see Dr Thalapathy and she is good, I felt heard and she tried to understand and find a solution. Although, my situation remains the same, The exoerience is good. I agree with everyone with negative ratings, the wait time is horrible, and this adds to the frustation that, its paid parking.
