Dr Seyed was great - he asked questions, heard my concerns, and came up with a treatment plan collaboratively, taking my wishes into consideration. The practice is clean, modern, and well-presented. Reception staff and nurse were very warm and friendly
I had an appointment with Dr Bassily today (Wednesday) my first visit there. She was on time, no waiting. She was courteous and asked lots of questions about my historical health, and answered all of my queries. She recommended a blood test which I attended upstairs straight away. The lady who took my blood was very polite and efficient. I would definitely return and recommend. The receptionists were also friendly. A short walk from Burwood Westfield makes it very convenient too.
Have had appointments here a few times out of desperation when I've been unable to get to my usual GP but I don't think it'll even be my last resort medical practice anymore. Kind of condescending attitude and I understand that doctors aren't always able to provide what the patient is requesting, so that's not the issue, but the attitude with which the doctors communicate is a bit ridiculous. Don't bother booking a telehealth here at all. Booked an appointment for 1.15pm. At 2pm I called to see how long the wait would be and was told 1 person waiting in centre and then me. At 3pm I called again and got told they would let the dr know to call urgently. At 4pm I called and asked yet again and was told I was the next call he would be making.
