This medical centre is great! The reception are lovely in person and over the phone - always helpful especially with my rescheduling. I see Dr Khallouf and he restored my faith in the medical profession. I previously went to the same GP for almost 30 years and had such a terrible experience that ultimately made me hate seeing the doctor but when I met with Dr Khallouf, he gave me the care and compassion I needed and took immediate action to make sure I was getting the right treatment. Went to the doctor here yesterday- usually I see Dr Low, he is amazing, he takes the time to listen and work through what is needed, I saw a woman doctor- due to low being sick. She absolutely should lose her license, was incredibly rude and dismissive, spoke over me in a condescending manner- denied side effects simply with “that doesn’t happen” Afterwards I went to the local pharmacy! Tell me why the pharmacist knew more about the medication than the Doctor, what a joke.
NAZMA is amazing person, angel. She made me have best blood test experience. Doctor Sayed also is great. I loved the experience with him too.
I have been a few times and have been brushed off by the doctors; it feels like they are just trying to get through as many as possible. A few months ago, I went in about two issues, one being a strange mark on my foot. The doctor examined and told me it was nothing and to put deep heat on it. I left it since then, and it still hadn't gone away. This morning, I went to a different doctor, and they told me it was actually a wart when the other doctor told me it wasn't. dr peter low is good. the non asian front desk staff are rude, but the other asian girl is sweet. dr peter low really good at his job and also build the rapport - great stuff.
