The staff here are nice, friendly and kind and I never dont really ever have a problem when I come. One suggestion though would be to play some background music because the silence is a little unsettling at times especially if you can hear the doctor and patients muffled speaking down the hallway.
I would rate this facility zero stars due to my extremely negative experience. The staff were unprofessional and often spoke in another language in front of patients who could not understand them, which felt disrespectful. There appeared to be only one staff member handling multiple roles, including both receptionist and medical assistant, leading to significant delays. She failed to diagnose my breast cancer in time . Office doesn’t do anything in-house they send you out for any minimal thing. The receptionist looks like she would like to be anywhere but there and has zero people skills. I would never refer anyone here.
Everything is in Spanish. Very inconvenient. They book 30 people for the same slot. What's the point of booking a 9am appointment if they don't see you until after 11.... 2 hours waiting
I have a wonderful experience with Raydelys! She is a top-notch in terms of caring and attending to my needs. I surely recommend this clinic.
