Everyone I have encountered is so friendly and helpful! I am very nervous about going to the dentist and they all did their best to make me feel calm and welcome!
Made us feel very comfortable and explained to where we would understand. Good experience.
While the staff is friendly, multiple times I had mentioned concerns I had and was brushed to the side. They would not even see what I believed was wrong, resulting in me developing a large cavity. I was genuinely disappointed in their behavior.
My hygienist Tara was fantastic. The front desk was very friendly. Explained everything in detail. When I go back I want the same hygienist to take care of me. Have had cleanings, filings and cap replaced very attentive. Thank you for being so patient with me.
Dr Bista is great! She really cares about her patients! Everyone there is super nice and helpful! I’m so glad that I was referred to her! I was so worried about having needles in my mouth, but she numbed me up really good and I didn’t feel a thing! If you are on the fence or don’t know where to go, choose Dr Bista, you won’t regret it!
