AMAZING Dental spot. I was thrown back by how personable and knowledgeable all the staff was. The facilities were exceptionally clean with all new equipment and they were exceptionally gentle. I'm a big coward when it comes to dentist but they were so very nice. I had a coupon and figured I would use it as I had hurt my tooth the day prior. As a first time client I was very well pleased! The place is clean. The staff was very nice. Dr. Ulysse was superrrr nice, attentive and very professional.
I have HUGE anxiety with dentists since I was small. I called My Dentist of Port St Lucie with a toothache, I was not yet a patient, I just received a flyer. They were amazing!!! They fitted me into their very busy schedule and everyone, from front desk, the dental tech, the financing administrator and specially the doctor, were so kind, patient, soft spoken and lovely that they put me at ease & helped me immensenly. I am back . When I go to the dentist, I get very nervous, but not at this facility. The staff and Dr. Nelthie are very caring, Professional people. It shows in their work. We smile and laugh.And I am very relaxed. My dental hygianist is excellent. She cleaned my teeth and did an excellent job? My mouth felt so clean and fresh. I give them all 5 stars.
