Dr. Ulysse is great! She’s very friendly and gentle, explaining the process as she goes. My dental hygienist Samantha was also wonderful, and very gentle! This is a great practice, I’d definitely recommend My Dentist 🦷 🪥 ! :)
Overall the dentist and staff were nice especially the hygienist. What bothered me was when the office staff came to me with a treatment plan and tried to rush me to do a credit approval check right there ..even thou I told her that I don’t want to do this right now as I felt upset from being presented this huge cost of treatments. At this time I am not sure if this is the right practice for me as I am looking for a more down to earth place with knowledge of anxiety, fear of dental treatments . I was treated like family A very relaxed atmosphere with warm and friendly staff.
I was looking for a new dentist in the Port St. Lucie area. I came across “My Dentist” I was so glad that I did!!!!! The staff is very kind and the Dentist takes a more conservative approach to dental care. She explained all of the procedures to me and gave me a great plan of care to move forward with. Very happy I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist in the area.
