My whole family goes to Dr. Ollason and has done so for years. He is accesible, reasonable, very careful to cause no pain, and thorough. Dr. Ollason and his staff are warm and friendly. I have recommended him without hesitation to friends.
Love the hygienist Monica but office manager lacks class, respect for patients and just plain rude. She insisted I was Presbyterian and Presbyterian Advantage; I have never been on either and have an individual plan I pay for. She replied I do not have 100% preventive when the benefit states I do. Contacted Delta Dental and they replied manager was not reading the correct account. Will not be back for that reason!
I have been a patient for years. It seems like he is not available for about 50% of my appointments for cleaning/checkups. I recently went in (between cleanings) for one problem, he saw something else he wanted to address and completely ignored why I came in. He doesn't explain problems or procedures. I need to understand what he wants to do and why!
Dr. Ollason showed up at 10 p.m. as my son was bleeding profusely. My son is diabetic and I was panicky. Dr. Ollason was very calming and he referred and arranged for us to see a specialist the next morning. He followed up with a personal call to see how my son was doing the next day. Very professional and very caring.
Friendly office staff. Dr. Roussel is fantastic, truly cares about your well being. You’ll feel like family.
