Such a wonderful experience coming to this office. I never thought I’d find a dentist I was excited to visit.
Staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and they were very nice. The doctor was knowledgeable and worked out a perfect plan for me. The office was nice and very easy to find. Nothing bad to say about this office!
I’m writing this to hopefully prevent this from happening to someone else. I went in for a simple pre molar extraction. Dr. Mansi Shaw gave me a nerve block which failed, she tried to pull the tooth an then broke it causing me the most pain I’ve ever felt. It instantly put me into shock, I told her with tears in my eyes that my tooth was not numb, she tried again and missed numbing the nerve. Went for my first appointment today; new patient and cleaning. I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff in the office. I appreciate even more the doctor not assuming that I didn’t take care of my teeth, and the understanding of other medical issues I look forward to working with this office to address incorrect the problems I have.
