I had my first visit and the whole staff from the second I walked through the door were fantastic. I was nervous given I needed extractions, root canal, fillings, implants etc but somehow, everything feels manageable through planning with their team. The 2 extractions I initally had here were so quick and well don. Many thanks to Amelia, Keisha, and Dr. Mansi Shah who helped me during my first visit. These ladies are awesome! Very excited to continue my dental work here!

Exceptional service today at My Dentalville in Concord. I had a dental emergency and my dentist office is closed today. A co-worker suggested this location as it is near my office and they were able to see me as a walk-in. Keisha and Raj were so helpful and were able to get me checked in and assisted all within in my lunch hour. They were so kind and I could not be more thankful for them. 10 out of 10 recommend this office!
As an incoming patient with a lot of work to be done (ortho, wanting to replace Maryland bridges with implants, and general teeth care) they were able to efficiently address my concerns, get work done and have a clear treatment plan for the rest very fast. As a young adult I was definitely worried about the logistics that come with that (insurance, payments, and scheduling), they made it feel very manageable and were thoughtful when explaining things like cost and dealing with insurance.
