Thank you for making me wait 2 weeks with an abscess in my mouth, as an existing patient, changing my appointment time without properly notifying me, and then your front desk girl calling me to rudely ask my where I'm at, 23 minutes before the appointment time I scheduled. Your front office staff, thought this was throughly entertaining, while you showed me zero respect or compassion when I showed up, after you hung up on me and swore you didn't might I add.
