Staff is wonderful and exceptionally welcoming! Dr's do amazing work, assistants go to ends to make you feel comfortable in the chair and the receptionists always have a warm smile on their face! Dr. Nima is truly a kind and attentive dentist and his chairside manners are remarkable. Super thankful I had found them!
I got to say the experience that I had with My Dental and Inplants are one of the best in class. Employees are very helpful, knowledgeable on how to service their customers, and great on helping answering any questions and needs that we have. It feels great, warm welcoming and great hospitality it was Amazing! Dentists comes in and explains on what I need done and finds the best fits my needs, Time and Cost. Thank you Again appreciate the experience and hopefully I get all dental service done with you guys.
Staff is remarkable! They make you feel like you’re part of the team and the dentist is super nice he always says hi . He has not worked on me yet but I’m sure everything will be good I’m very excited to be getting teeth again and yes I’m a little scared but I guess it’s just part of the process but so far everyone is really nice and helpful. I truly am a Cowardly Lion when it comes to going to the dentist so I always have a sense of anxiety when I go to one; I am happy to say that anxiety was lessened the moment I entered the office and completely gone by the end of the appointment!! The lessening of my anxiety started from the moment I entered the office--the ladies at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere upon entering was very peaceful to me and very calming no stress, no anxiety very friendly staff sincere customer service that I received today very helpful up-to-date on quality equipment. I will refer anyone to this facility. Great doctor Dr. Nima was the best he showed great care for my son. I will trust him to take care of my son and anyone that I would refer to be totally honest
