I have been a member of this credit union for 26 years now. The morning of August 7th,2025 I visited the Lyndale branch and my experience immediately reminded me why I have stayed with them all these years. Joseph Lavell and his wonderful staff went above and beyond to satisfy my financial needs! RBCU and now MY Credit Union have always dealt with me honestly, and they've paid attention to detail.
I recently was asked to complete some forms for my business account at My Credit union and I was extremely disappointed to be informed that it was after 5 years rejected because I am a recipient of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) support. I believe this is a discriminatory decision and that it violates both basic banking rights and anti-discrimination laws.
