I can’t wait to stop using this credit union! No one can tell you the right information and there is too much turn over with the staff. The banking hours are inconvenient for working people, no Zelle. I won’t even start on how you will be charged an insufficient funds fee even if the money is in your savings account, what a way to rip off your members. Change in process now!!!!
Long story short, meet with "the manager" for issue on account. She was no help to use for details on the problem we made the appointment for, stated multiple time that "they don't give her that information" or "that's over her head". It is clear that the account holders are not at her best interest, worst experience ever.
