I bought a hybrid CPR/BLS course and was never given the link to my course to complete the mandatory modules online. I asked for the link, no answer, the date of the class was missed. I finally got an answer with the option to reschedule for an extra $25, and then have not gotten the link to those modules again! The absolute rudest customer service agents.
