Dr. Sara Bond is very knowledgeable, thorough and upbeat. She kindly narrates her process to help alleviate my stress. She is a compassionate dentist, who I feel comfortable around. Cancels appointments without calling and receptionist has an attitude for having to do her job.
The people that work there are definitely five stars, but their answering service that receives phone calls in more words than one "SUCKS" they continuously call you back about confirming an appointment that you already confirmed. Don't get back to you in a timely fashion about your insurance. Overall other than their customer service at their location in Ypsilanti I would never ever want to deal with them! That is why I give them a one-star review.
