I’m writing this because I honestly couldn’t believe what I witnessed during my 10-year-old daughter’s dental appointment with Dr. Michael Kroeze. His behavior toward my daughter was extremely rude and upsetting, and it made her cry after we left the office. I actually had to apologize to my daughter for the way she was treated. From the front desk to the doctor, each visit here has been a comfortable, reassuring experience. The front desk always answers my questions with patience and kindness, and has always returned missed calls promptly. Scheduling has never been an issue, and the front office genuinely seem to care about patients. Likewise, the hygeine staff has always been so kind with me.
