Great people and service
I have been going to MCDC on alpine for the last year and I do not recommend it to anyone, they claim to not pull any kind of teeth anymore yet I have heard people having wisdom teeth removed by them, I have gone to a new dentist who is willing to pull my wisdom teeth because im not needed for surgical removal like MCDC claimed. The front desk ladies are also very rude and not great at customer service. I had been calling for about a month leaving a message and no calls back so I had to seek out a new dentist. Had to find another dentist after my community dental of grand haven closed.. and was pretty happy with the service I always received there so decided to stay with my community dental and give the walker office a try. And glad I did the receptionist was friendly and the Dr and assistant were great! Will definitely continue to be a patient there.
The staff at this location is terrible. The girl up front is rude and didn't properly greet me at all. I also heard her talking about an applicant with another aide and how the applicant was complaining about the way she was interviewed by her. They do not answer their phone. I've been calling consistently for two weeks since asking someone to call me back when they called while I was at work, I can't get a hold of anyone. We're able to get us in a emergency situation and very kind and committed and compassionate with a tween in pain. Thank you for the great dental work
