Great staff. Made me feel comfortable. Took their time and explained everything.
The dentist was nice but the support staff seems incompetent. I went there a few times and now I'm searching for a new dental office. Beware when they make promises or give assurance, those may not be kept.
I have severe anxiety and they talked me thru it and walked me thru every step. The lady also let me hold her hand while he was pulling my teeth out and that helped calm my nerves quite a bit also.
The dentist was amazing during my visits. The after care team definitely leaves something to be desired. After 16 teeth were removed I texted the number they gave me and sent pictures with no reply. The 1 week check in happened, I told them about the issues I was having and they told me they would talk to the dr and get back to me. No response. Return a month later to have the last 8 removed and the dr had no clue I had any issues. Experiencing even more pain this time, but won't bother to reach out as I know what the result... read more
I humbly thank all the staff at My Community Dental Center in Walker Mi. I need tooth extractions and dentures. If you have any anxiety about visiting a dentist, your in good hands. I have not seen a dentist in 50 years because of anxiety. Visit the office and your anxiety diminish and go away,plus you will feel better. May God Bless the staff and the organization for it's work in the community. Mike S.
