They charged my insurance for an exam when I walked out before the cleaning was even done. The lady was talking above normal volume level talking about how bad my teeth are. I left and came back for another appointment and they said I already had an exam when I know dang well I have multiple cavities and none of them were charted so no I did not get my exam and now I have to wait six months and let my teeth rot even more due to being charged for something I did not get service for.
They find any reason just for you not to be seen and orange head lady at front desk is rude
