I have only gone there for a few teeth and they are the most unprofessional, non qualified dentist and staff around. I needed work done but had no pain or sensitivity until they touched my teeth. I had a root canal for a crown and now there supposed to tear that tooth out because it took 8 months to do crown and I had one tooth filled and cant hardly eat anything since they did it.
One of the best dental offices I've been to in Saginaw.
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My children and I have been going here for 7 years now and have NEVER had 1 bad experience from the staff nor any dental work! They're super good with your mouth and know what they're doing!! I recommend this place to LITERALLY EVERYONE because I know how hard it is to trust and find a good dentist let alone a good dentist office. But they're absolutely amazing!!!! They charged my insurance for an exam when I walked out before the cleaning was even done. The lady was talking above normal volume level talking about how bad my teeth are. I left and came back for another appointment and they said I already had an exam when I know dang well I have multiple cavities and none of them were charted so no I did not get my exam and now I have to wait six months and let my teeth rot even more due to being charged for something I did not get service for.
