I have been coming here for several years. Mostly I have seen Dr. Ghalib Issaq (Dr I) and he is very kind, competent and patient even though I am an anxious patient due to trauma suffered at the hands of another dentist as a child because of a resistance to the lidocaine family. He listened and made sure I felt no pain and for that I am very grateful. The staff are very nice, and Ive had no scheduling issues. Very difficult to get ahold of on the phone and if you cant get ahold to cancel they make you call every day which they dont answer either way. Seriously take the ride to Richmond if you have state insurance they can give you a ride there and back if you call the number on the back of your card. This place SUCKS.

Specifically told the lady on the phone that I wanted to make an appointment to fix a filling that the dentist had done before, as it was done improperly and floss would get stuck on it until it finally came out. Made it abundantly clear that fixing the cavity that the filling came out of was my top priority. Asked if I could get an exam and cleaning done, and have the filling taken care of. Absolutely the best Dental office. Everyone working there from the front desk to all of the people in the back were kind, patient. The Dentist and his dental assistant were the best.
