If you happen to not pick up the phone and confirm your appointment a week before you’re scheduled to come in, they will cancel it and book someone else. Absolutely ridiculous.
Update: they won’t schedule me because I left a 3-star review and told the honest truth about the cleaning I received. So now I understand all the positive reviews of this place—-say anything negative and you’re blackballed!!! Original review: The dentist I saw was fine. He fixed my broke tooth with a filling and it cost $200 or so. I figured he’d have to do a crown so I was happy. The hygienist I saw today however was not good. She wielded that pick with very little care and my cleaning was all of ten minutes long! I have n... read more
