I am beyond frustrated. I have had my last 3 appointments rescheduled because of a lack of hygienist or equipment problems. I have had to waist vacation days to get my teeth cleaned because the didn't have appointments available in my time frame only to have them canceled the morning of. I understand things happen but you would think they would try to reschedule somone else they haven't already rescheduled several times before.
Add on. I have been a parient for nearlyn3 yeaes now. I have only hadnone side of my dental work half assed. I will find a dentist that can deliver and not make me wait for 3 years to get fillings done. Very poorly run. Nearly 3 hours wasted sitting. I am in severe pain. Yet they chose to deal with state inspectors before seeing me. They called me to set up this appointment. All I needed asap was an antibiotic. Always a good experience. Dr.Green is the absolute best! All around great atmosphere and friendly staff.
The hygienist and Dr. Green or excellent I felt very relaxed there and now I also have ever since I started there. I don’t know how many years ago now ever since they’ve opened it. I hope they keep up the good work nice group of people to know thank you very much🤗
The receptionists here are absolutely terrible. From constantly calling off my teeth cleaning appointments, to being so "short staffed" that my scheduled cleanings are booked over a year apart. What happened to needing cleanings every 6 months- especially for someone who cares about their oral hygiene. For anyone in-network, I highly recommend Robinson Dental in Wayland!
