Not very happy you guys offer emergency appointments from 8-1 but don’t get me in. I sat there for 3 hours in pain and no one even came to ask if i am ok or how’s the pain.
Dr Green was so nice and took his time to help me with my dentures. He made sure they fit perfect before I left his office. I highly recommend him for any of your needs. This is the first time anyone actually fixed my dentures and now I can eat with them and not have to use a lot of denture cream. Thank you all at the Allegan office you guys all are awesome
Place is a joke. I've had my wisdom teeth for FIVE YEARS. They keep canceling my appointments without telling me. They've canceled because they are short staffed, theyve cancelled because they didn't have the nitrous oxide available, I had to cancel once because they didn't even tell me I had to request the nitrous ahead of time. Every time a cancel happened, they schedule me for SIX months out. I've been to the ER twice a year with excruciating pain. I love the care recieved at MCDC Allegan! My whole family is seen here, we love all the staff! We've been seeing Ashley for years. Dr Green and MacKenzie were amazing for my visit today.
I really appreciate the consideration and how safe and comfortable with the staff and definitely the dentist!! I really didn't care for the dentist but with the caring and professional care, I feel much better, thank you 😊
