I would like to express my disappointment with the way I was treated during my recent visit. The reception staff were neither welcoming nor respectful, and their behavior showed a lack of basic courtesy toward patients. They spoke and acted with unnecessary harshness, which made the experience very unpleasant. I believe patients deserve to be treated with kindness, empathy, and professionalism. I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure better conduct and improved patient care in the future. They treat like soldiers
