While I had a very positive experience with the doctors, who were professional, kind, and caring. I was quite disappointed with the behavior of some of the reception staff and the way appointments were handled. Not all, but some front desk staff were rude, unhelpful, and disorganized, which made my visit more stressful than it needed to be. Additionally, the appointment system needs significant improvement, as it caused delays and confusion that could have been avoided.
