I hired My Cleaning Angel for a move-out cleaning in June 2024. On the Thursday before my Saturday cleaning I texted the date and time to confirm. I was provided with a confirmation replay and was told "not to worry" I was confirmed. Thankfully, I left items in the garage and returned to retrieve them only to find no had arrived between the 0800-1000 arrival time.
