No complaints. Everyone I have dealt with have been friendly and proactive.
In a world where people seem to only complain because it is truly so hard to find companies that have great customer service, or even good customer service these days, I had to jump on and say a HUGE THANK YOU to Nicole and her team who went above and beyond to help us get a prescription figured out for our daughter that was leaving for a semester abroad.
