went to the dermatologist 2 months ago for terrible cystic acne, they put my prescription to this pharmacy and i wish they hadn’t, i still have not received my medication 2 months later but they did take the money out of my account for the prescription 2 months ago, what a scam.
My prescription was put in more than a month ago. They billed my insurance, took my money, and then never provided the prescription. There is no way to check the status of my order other than to call them, and when I do they swear it will only be a few more days... what an absolute scam, stay far, far away from this so-called "pharmacy"!
** update to respond to choice RX response which they clearly tried to spin the situation . First off- they offered to have the owner drive to my house to pick up the medication and give me a cash refund (not sure that’s legal). Next, I had to ask for a pre-paid shipping label, which your customer service gave me a hard time about but I said to please email it to me and your staff said they would overnight it to me (no idea why you’d overnight a label). I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews on here. I’ve never had an issue with them and they always pick up the phone for me. Plus no multiple extensions to get through before actually speaking with a real person. I really like this place.
Great experience. Have received my prescriptions 24 hours after doctor sends. This month the Dr was a little delayed getting a refill over which meant my son would have to go the weekend without. Tara was wonderful and without even being asked covered the added Saturday delivery. Definition of customer service and “above and beyond”
