I was in a car accident and really injured my back and arm. A friend of mine had been a patient of Dr Nicastro's for a while and suggested I talk to him. I made an appointment and started treatment. I hadn't been in an accident before so I wasn't sure what to expect. His staff talked to the insurance involved and took care of the whole thing for me! The only thing I had to do was show up! It's been a few months since the accident and I can't thank Dr Nicastro enough for getting me out of pain and back to my life.
