A Real Gentleman – We just moved into our house 2 weeks ago and needed to have our chimneys inspected. After reading reviews here and elsewhere we decided to hire Jim. After inspecting our 3 chimneys he told us 1 only needed to be cleaned and all were in good condition. Afterwards, he offered to help me carry some boxes to the second floor. And since they were full of books I didn't turn his offer. Talk about going above and beyond!!! Great customer service and a real gentleman. Thank you Jim. See you next year.
Very Personable and a Positive Attitude – Jim came over on Sunday to clean my chimney and install chimney caps. He is a very nice guy and didn't try to scam me with extras. We just had a new carpet installed and was concerned about a mess. He assured us there would be no mess and was true to his word! He also gave us tips on maintaining our chimney.
