This guy is not even a full-time inspector. He is a beer money inspector as they call it. He only inspects on his weekends. We hired him and he miseed a bad roof as he refused to walk the roof after it rained. Roof was flat and he refused to come back the next day.
Mr.Dapkus showed up on time and conducted a very thorough inspection. His thermal imaging camera found a leak in the foundation that otherwise would have never been noticed. He tested all appliances took photos with detailed notes for the report. He welcomed me to walk through with him and he pointed out / explained things that were an issue. The inspection report was sent over to me only a few hours after the inspection was completed! I would highly recommend him and will be using his service again should the need arise!
