Juan came right on time and we went through the rooms and the spots on the carpet that needed special attention. He made sure to work carefully around the house and cleaned up after each room. He was accepting of my dog and made sure the doors were closed when he had to come in and out of the house. When he was leaving we inspected the rooms he worked in and I was very pleased with the work and how well he had gotten the spots out of the carpet. I will definitly use My Carpet Cleaning again.
The first day was not successful but the second day (i.e. second try) was much better.
I had a really good experience with My Carpet Cleaning. They showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and did a great job on my carpets. My carpets look amazing and feel really clean! The pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. The whole process was easy from start to finish. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them. I’ll be using them again!
Excellent service! They cleaned both my sofa and my car, and everything looks fresh and spotless. Very professional, friendly, and thorough. Highly recommend!
Efficient, professional and carpet looks great!
