Very friendly office staff and great medical professionals, they really spend time with you and listen and not rushing you. There has been a recent change with their doctors and also their office name (now under My Care Medical). I keep seeing their PA Virginia who is very friendly and really listens to you. Jeremy at the front desk is the biggest help when it comes to referrals and approvals and any questions you might have for their doctors. He always has a smile on his face when you walk in.
Never had to wait longer than 5 minutes, dr takes all the time you need, doesn't rush your needs. Best dr I've ever had.
The office staff and the medical team are friendly, professional, and efficient. Unfortunately, the doctors are not. The current MD was hostile and uninterested in my medical history. Bad vibes.
