Need to change time on what time your labs open sitting here for 30 minutes just so somebody could tell me that now lab opens at 8:00 and to top it off the nurses didnt even transfer the paper work to the lab so when I got there the lady told me she didn't have my paperwork and to go back to the office so they could have it printed waited there 30 minutes and nothing I had to leave I wasted all that time the only time I had to have this done that was another 30 minutes I wasted on paperwork that should have been at the lab a... read more
why yall don't pick up the phone on hold for over 12 mintues who is manageing this practice doctor need new staff and managment with better time management. Is there no one making sure patients are being taking care of at a timely fashion.
The rudeness of the staff , I schedule an appointment, show up to the appointment and they said I need to reschedule , mind you called weeks ago . They refuse to fill out the insurance paperwork. Saying I need another schedule which they reschedule for December when my insurance will refuse to accept my paperwork .
The staff at my care medical is horrible, I had to wait over a week and a half to get an appointment and I am sick. Saw Beatrice and the medicine did nothing, I have called back numerous times and am told someone will call me back but never do. I used to go to my care medical La Porte, and it is drastically gone down hill as well. The practice was a great place before My Care Medical took over, they have horrible staff in Baytown and the wait time for an appointment when you are sick is terrible. My Care Medical in Baytown is a joke. 2 weeks ago I had a appointment with their NP Beatrice and they canceled my appointment the day of because every doctor and NP at the location had a meeting they had to be in. I explained that I had another appointment with Beatrice in 2 weeks and I would just see her then on July 23 at 4:00pm. They and said that my appointment was for July 25th, but I could come in and see Dr Moore at 4:00.
