Waited a whole month for an appointment and it was cancelled the day before.
Staff is terrible! I am always placed on hold for long amounts of time. Don’t bother calling better to drive there or you will continue to hold. Now that they are MyCare the customer service has really gone down. However Dr. Beatrice is really good.
