I took my Honda Pilot to Johnny to diagnose an issue that 2 Honda dealers couldn't figure out. One Honda dealer had my SUV for 3 weeks and the foreman couldn't diagnose it. I took my Pilot to Johnny and within 15 minutes he found the issue and we did the repair. I don't trust Honda dealers anymore that their own technicians and foreman don't know what they are doing.
