I was not well informed about my treatment, I’ve gone twice and I thought I was done and before I left they ask me to do 2 more appointments with the receptionist, who had no idea why I had to continue going. They also left me with my mouth open for more than 30 minutes, while the dentist did another consultation… I understand about multitasking but I shouldn’t have been left uncomfortable and without a warning of the waiting time. I’ll finish my treatment because I paid for it, but I’m not coming back for anything else.
