These people are a waste of time. I try to see an apartment to see if I am even interested in it and they give me the run around for 2 days. Then when I finally talk to someone the guy gives me an attitude. Way to go to get people to use your services. Especially for people who told you that they already have all there paperwork ready. This is the only realty company that I have ever had a problem with.
Me and my husband had a very pleasant experience dealing with Osmar Reis. He was very patient, took us in a lot of viewings over 6 months, he helped us close a really good deal with some very difficult people and explained us our way through all the beurocratic things. Even after months he's still willing to help with any doubts we have. Were very happy with the service we've got.
