More like My Worst Homecare. Similar experience as other reviews in having issues with getting them to advocate to help get equipment. I also needed a replacement of an old portable suction machine but was told that my insurance wouldn't cover it since MBHC submitted a claim for a stationary suction machine 4.5 years ago. I asked MBHC to do a prior authorization or a pre-certification. They refused stating that my policy didn't require one. I don't feel safe with them, they make everything difficult
I turned this company into the state and to my insurance company. My sons doctor was by his side when over the phone MBHC stated they would not replace his suction nor oxygen and my son started to change color and was rushed by ambulance to the hospital. This company is horrible! Theyre bay area based so remember that if you live anywhere else. Please use another DME company. The manager actually thought this was all funny! My son could have died (2 years old)!
