RUDE!!!! denied my 9 month PREGNANT sister the use of a restroom when she was coming to pick up medical supplies! What kind of people deny a pregnant woman a restroom?????? Especially someone doing business with them! Shame on you!!! You are supposed to be a company in the business of helping people. Im disgusted. To the WOMAN denied her the ability to relieve her bladder... SHAME ON YOU.
My son has been with this company for 6 years. Things were getting more and more difficult since last year. I only got 11 times delivery last year and was told by the manager they would try to expedite so I can get the supplies on time. Then the same story happened again - the delivery time changed from the beginning of each month to the end of each month. More like My Worst Homecare. Similar experience as other reviews in having issues with getting them to advocate to help get equipment. I also needed a replacement of an old portable suction machine but was told that my insurance wouldn't cover it since MBHC submitted a claim for a stationary suction machine 4.5 years ago. I asked MBHC to do a prior authorization or a pre-certification. They refused stating that my policy didn't require one.
