What a hidden gem Adele is! No frills massage location with an AMAZING masseuse. Space is very soothing and Adele herself has a very calming vibe. Went in due to chronic migraines and upper back/shoulder tension. Adele was wonderful at addressing the physical symptoms, as well as educating on what was causing the migraines and how to reduce them. She also addressed up the tension in my facial muscles and knew I had TMJ without me even mentioning it. I will definatley be back and referring a friend or 2.
Amazing massage place. Adele is wonderful. My back feels so much lighter. I suffer from tightness all over. She made sure to hit all my pressure points. She is amazing. Will comeback!

This wasn’t one of those massages that feels good in the moment and fades 10 minutes later. This was the real deal the kind where you’ve got some knots to breathe through, but the relief afterward is undeniable.
