Today was my first visit I had a great experience with my hair stylist Kenya. She was very kind, listened to exactly what I wanted, and the butterfly haircut came out amazing! The only thing that threw me off was when I walked in, no one really acknowledged or bothered to check me in even though people were sitting at the front.
I recently took my teenage son to My Bella's Beauty Salon, and Abiy was his hairstylist. As many parents know, teenagers can be very particular about their haircuts . Abiy did such an amazing job listening to both of us. She made sure my son felt heard about what he wanted, while also giving professional guidance — even encouraging him to take responsibility for maintaining his haircut and keeping up with regular trims.
