Great Spa This place is the best for getting nails done, waxing or tanning. The staff is very friendly and always do a great job!
I had a French manicure done last Wednesday, with 3 "jewels" at the base of each ring finger. 2 jewels were gone by the next day when we were going out of town. The clear polish was slathered on so thick that it started cracking next day! WASTE OF $ AND I WON'T RETURN!
Extremely Rude and Dirty. This place is not worth spending money.

I love this spa. My sister-in-law introduced me to it when I moved to Charlotte and it's the only place I go. I took my mom when she was here visiting from Ohio and she has severe arthritis and is not able to bend her feet to have her toenails painted. The owner laid down in the floor so he could paint her toenails. YES! He sure did. Talk about outstanding service. Thank you My Bella Spa for taking excellent care of my mom!
Be prepared for it to be extra busy on Friday bc of the gel deal. My nails do look great but I believe it was the manager next to me who replied "that's not my problem" followed by a disgusted look when her employee asked for a break to eat because she had been working non stop w/o food since she came in that morning. She told her to get on the next mani pedi. That is your problem and you should be taking care of your employee (giving them breaks by law).
